How is mediation different from court proceedings?
Mediation provides a forum for all parties involved in a dispute to try to reach a solution on their terms. At a Court Trial a Judge can only apply the law to give very specific outcomes, ordinarily resulting in a winner and a loser.
Is mediation right for me?
The Mediation process allows you to try to resolve a dispute on your terms without the need to go to trial.
